No purchase necessary to enter. You are automatically entered for the prize each time you use your TCB debit card for a point-of-sale purchase between November 15th and December 30th, 2025 (ATM transactions are excluded). Transactions must be posted to the account prior to December 31st, 2025. You can manually enter to win by sending a postcard to The Citizens Bank Attn: Debit Card Promotion PO Box 1026 Morehead, KY 40351. The drawing is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating in the drawing, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Drawing is open to TCB customers 18 years of age or older and only to legal U.S. residents. Winners will be drawn by January 16th, 2026. There will be two (2) $500 winners. The prize amount will be given in the form of a gift card. Winners will have until January 30th, 2026, to stop by one of TCB’s five banking centers to claim their prize. TCB’s decisions are final in all matters relating to this drawing. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of debit card swipes by TCB customers and entries received. The winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 from TCB for the value of the prize. There is no charge for obtaining a TCB debit card. See a TCB schedule of fees for other charges that may occur.
